Police said Cheltenham man had THC, oxycodone and fentanyl in his system and had three prior DUI convictions
A Cheltenham Township man is facing four felony DUI charges after Montgomery Township Police said they found him slumped over behind the wheel of a vehicle along Welsh Road earlier this year.
Alonso Gilbert Ka White, 32, of the 100 block of Johns Road, was charged following a Jan. 27, 2026 incident in which an officer on patrol discovered a blue Toyota Corolla stopped partially in a travel lane near 1364 Welsh Road, police said.
