A small dog has been rescued after getting stranded in an unusual and scary spot.
According to the Animal Care & Control Team of Philly (ACCT Philly), the black female Shih Tzu mix was found “trapped” on top of a “train track support beam” at a SEPTA station in Philadelphia.
