Eighteen members of the Philadelphia Fire Department were officially promoted on Friday during a ceremony led by Fire Commissioner Jeffrey Thompson. The event took place at the American Red Cross Southeastern Pennsylvania HQ, which provided the space for family, friends, and colleagues to celebrate. Promotions included Asst.
