PHILADELPHIA, PA — Seventeen individuals are facing felony charges following a multi-agency investigation into an alleged drug trafficking organization operating in North Philadelphia and beyond, authorities said.
According to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, the arrests stem from an investigation into the alleged Louis Alexander Drug Trafficking Organization.
