The infamous Nick Castellanos/Ben Simmons house has sold, perhaps to another athlete

A Moorestown, NJ mansion that’s previously been home to both Nick Castellanos and Ben Simmons has reportedly sold, although the identity of the new buyer is unclear.

According to Ryan Mulligan of The Philadelphia Business Journal — H/T Coggin Toboggan of Crossing Broad — the house, which has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, sold for $4.89 million.

Interestingly, Naoji Moriuchi — who was the listing agent — told Mulligan that while all boxes were checked to ensure a legitimate sale, all that’s known is that the house was purchased by “Half Dozen LLC.”…
