Officials identified and charged a woman accused of running her ex-boyfriend over with her car at a North Philadelphia car wash in an incident that was captured on video.
Imani Walker, 27, is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, accident involving death or personal injury, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal mischief.
