NORRISTOWN — A Philadelphia man with a previous conviction for sexual assault is facing a decade in prison for having indecent contact with a teenage girl who worked with him at a Cheltenham Township fast food restaurant.
Ronald J. Norris, 42, of the 5100 block of Parrish Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to charges of indecent assault of a minor, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of a minor in connection with an October 2023 incident that occurred at the Five Guys restaurant in Wyncote where he and the 15-year-old girl worked.
