Philadelphia Bar Owners Are Split On Temporary Extended Curfew Law Going Into Effect This Summer

From June 11 to July 20, Philadelphia bar owners will have the option to stay open until 4 a.m. Some owners see it as a great opportunity, while others think it won’t be worth it.

In late March, Gov. Josh Shapiro signed a bill allowing Philadelphia restaurant and bar owners to stay open until 4 AM for a portion of this summer, as opposed to the typical 2 AM curfew.
