In this week’s Shelter Me, we introduce you to Robert from the Pennsylvania SPCA!
Robert is a six-month-old German Shepherd mix.
He was one of 76 dogs, 15 cats and kittens, and two Flemish rabbits who were rescued from a Lancaster County home on April 24.
The animals were found living in deplorable conditions…
