A man has been hospitalized, police said, after he was shot four times as he spray painted his car in Kensington early Tuesday.
According to Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small, police responded to a report of a person with a gun along the 2000 block of East Monmouth Street in Kensington, at about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
