A 44-year-old man was critically injured early Tuesday, police said, after he was stabbed in the neck by someone who, officials believe, he had a fight with hours earlier.
According to Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small, the incident happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, at a property along the 5700 block of Harmer Street in West Philadelphia, when a man was stabbed in the neck.
