PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A major road in west Phoenix has reopened after a crash that left a pedestrian dead early Thursday morning.
While details are extremely limited, first responders were called to the crash near 27th Avenue and Ocotillo Road, just south of Glendale Road, around midnight.
