PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It’s a First Alert Weather Day with rain and thunderstorm chances continuing through the morning hours in the Valley. Chances drop off significantly by this afternoon. The Flood Watch previously issued for the Valley expired as of 5 a.m. Friday.
Under mostly cloudy skies, look for a high of just 92 degrees in the Valley today. Valley rain chances are near 60 percent this morning and drop to 10 percent for this afternoon and evening. Storm chances are also slim now for Saturday. Look for a high of 99 degrees under partly cloudy skies Saturday. High humidity will make for uncomfortable conditions.
Sunday brings a slight chance of rain to the Valley, with slightly higher chances near 30 percent for most of next week. While this weekend will be mostly quiet in the Valley, high storm chances continue in the mountains of our state…
