AI home-selling platform launches in Arizona, offering flat-fee alternative

TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — A growing number of Arizona homeowners are using artificial intelligence to manage their home sales, bypassing traditional real estate agents in favor of a new platform called Ridley.

Ridley recently launched in Arizona, Colorado and Florida. The platform charges a flat fee between $1,500 and $4,000 to sell a home using AI — compared to the standard 3% commission most real estate agents collect from sellers.

How the platform works

On a $500,000 home sale, a seller’s agent commission at 3% totals $15,000. Buyers’ agent commissions can add another $15,000 on top of that.
