PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – Investigators have released the identity of a motorcyclist who was killed in a north Phoenix crash earlier this week. The collision involving three vehicles happened just after 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the northbound lanes of Interstate 17 near Union Hills Drive. The driver of the motorcycle, identified as 18-year-old Eleazar Valdez, Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene.
