SURPRISE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – A shooting near a fast food restaurant has left one man dead in Surprise early Sunday morning. According to Surprise police, at 1:30 a.m., officers were called out to the area of Prasada Parkway and Waddell Road, off the Loop 303, for reports of a person with a gun. As police arrived at the scene, they found one man who had been shot. Officers attempted to save the man, but he died at the scene. His name hasn’t been released.
