PHOENIX – A woman allegedly threw “red liquid” toward Vice President Kamala Harris’ motorcade Friday evening, police said. The motorcade was traveling in the area of 7th Street and Alta Vista Road when a woman standing on the sidewalk threw a “red liquid” toward the motorcade, according to police. The liquid landed on eight Phoenix police motor officers, police said.
