Caitlin Clark Breaks Silence on Concerning Chronic Ailment Before Showdown vs. Las Vegas Aces

Caitlin Clark finished Sunday’s 88-82 win over the Phoenix Mercury with 15 points and 12 assists in 39 minutes played.

While these stats are more or less average for the rookie sensation, they’re made even more impressive after it was revealed postgame that Clark was dealing with a migraine throughout the contest.

This news was initially broken by Fever head coach Christie Sides on Sunday.

But Clark spoke out about her persistent migraine issues prior to Tuesday’s game against the Las Vegas Aces.

“Adrenaline does a lot of it for me,” Clark said of her migraines. “And once the game stops, that’s like, that’s when I like really feel it. And it’s hard.”

“But honestly, I’ve suffered from them since I was a young kid,” Clark continued, per Scott Agness .

“So I’ve found a way to manage them and still go about my business… but there’s a lot of problems in the world. I’m lucky mine is just migraines,” she added.

Clark also mentioned that the lively atmosphere during Sunday’s game didn’t help her migraine either.
