PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Cooler temperatures have finally arrived in the Valley. After morning temperatures in the 60s and 70s, look for an afternoon high of just 94 degrees. That’s six degrees below average and also marks the first time since May that Phoenix will see a high temperature in the double digits.
