PHOENIX (AZFamily) – One person is dead after a crash on a busy transition ramp in the West Valley early Sunday morning. According to the Department of Public Safety, the single-vehicle crash happened on the northbound lanes of Loop 202 South Mountain to I-10 eastbound transition ramp in west Phoenix around 6 a.m. Troopers confirmed one person has died.
