PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A cold case has come to an end after a suspect was arrested for a Valley woman’s murder more than two decades ago. The Phoenix Police Department announced Friday that 58-year-old Javier Lorenzano-Nunez was found in Mexico and taken into custody for the 1998 death of 28-year-old Sarah Jane Carr.
