PHOENIX (AZFamily) – An iconic Valley spot will soon be demolished, but one Valley woman saved a piece of its history forever. Crews will start demolishing the iconic Metrocenter Mall on Monday. The popular spot, located off of I-17 and Dunlap Avenue, was even used as a filming location for the movie Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure.
