The Peoria Police Department arrested 49-year-old Rey Villegas as the suspect in a recent road rage shooting incident. No injuries were sustained in the event. The department responded to a shooting/road rage incident at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Nov. 7, near 83rd and Olive Avenues. The caller reported that he was driving eastbound on Olive Avenue when the other driver pulled alongside his car and started yelling at him.
