The Outlets North Phoenix, an ever-expanding shopping destination just off Interstate 17 in Anthem, has hit a new stride. Known for housing big-name fashion outlets like Polo Ralph Lauren and Gap, the center is now diversifying its retail offerings by welcoming six new stores and specialty services, marking a significant growth in occupancy-a 20% increase from the previous year. “With the phenomenal development in North Phoenix as a result of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, North Phoenix Outlets expects to continue growing and providing retail and service amenities to the greater North Phoenix market and surrounding area for decades to come,” JoAnn Truax, Director of Real Estate Operations at Craig Realty, told the Phoenix Business Journal.
