PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Happy Sunday everyone! Warmer than normal temperatures will continue through the next seven days as temperatures midweek approach 90 degrees, just a couple of degrees shy of our daily high records.
The average temperature for this time of the year is 72 degrees. We will be well above that over the next few days. For Phoenix, we are looking at highs in the mid to upper 80s through Friday.
Wednesday’s high of 88 degrees is just three degrees shy of the record of 91 degrees we set back in 1986. High temperatures are trending about 10-15 degrees above normal statewide this week.
