PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety after a 66-year-old Phoenix man with a medical condition went missing on Tuesday night.
Ramon Ocasio may become easily confused due to his condition, authorities said.

He was last seen on foot near the area of 75th avenue and McDowell Road, wearing a camo shirt, khaki pants and black shoes.
Ocasio is 5-foot-6 and weighs 160 pounds…
