PHOENIX — A 19-year-old young man has died after he was shot in a Phoenix neighborhood Wednesday night. Police said that the suspect or suspects fled the scene before officers arrived.
Police were called to the neighborhood near 32nd Street and Indian School Road around 9:45 p.m. for reports of trouble.
When they arrived they found David Taylor, 19, injured in the roadway. First responders took him to the hospital where he later died…
