PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A Valley woman is speaking out after she was trapped in an urgent care after-hours, left and locked inside as alarms blared.
Arizona’s Family investigated how this could happen and the steps the facility is now taking. The patient wishes to remain anonymous, but felt she needed to share her story because she fears what happened to her could easily happen again.
