GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Josephine Butler’s SNAP benefits for food disappeared from her EBT account at the beginning of May.
“There’s only 57 cents in here now,” she said, pointing to the balance on her phone. “The transactions stated that it had happened somewhere in Chicago. I’m from Arizona. I don’t even know anybody in Chicago.”
