PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Residents in Moon Valley have lodged complaints with the city of Phoenix regarding biohazard concerns at Turf Paradise.
One resident, Linda, shared that manure piles have been sitting on the property directly behind her home for months. “You can’t go outside most days,” she said.
Linda and several other neighbors reported that the manure has attracted dozens of flies, and the smell has become unbearable. “You are inundated with flies. You have to kill at least a dozen flies in the first 20 minutes just sitting there,” Linda explained…
