Phoenix girl shot, killed by brother with dad’s rifle, police say
Prosecutors say a 5-year-old Phoenix girl was accidentally shot and killed by her 9-year-old brother with their dad’s assault rifle on Tuesday night. Irvin Ramos-Jimenez was booked into jail because he’s a convicted felon and not allowed to have a gun, investigators said. The mother said her daughter, Layla Ramos, filled the world with love and her spirit will live on. Karina Rubio reports.
