PHOENIX — Newly-released body camera footage captures a confrontational traffic stop that ended in a physical fight between the driver and a Phoenix police officer.
On May 25, a police officer stopped a motorist near 25th Street and Cactus Road and the two quickly started arguing over the reason for the traffic stop.
