Salvation Army opens 11 cooling stations in metro Phoenix during Extreme Heat Warning

The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for Maricopa County Saturday through Monday. Highs are expected to hit 110 degrees for the first time this year.

The Salvation Army has opened 11 heat relief stations throughout the Phoenix-area through Monday. Each location offers indoor cooling and hydration.
