PHOENIX – Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a 63-year-old man who went missing in Phoenix over the holiday weekend.
Salvador Montenegro was last seen around 1 p.m. Saturday in the area of Seventh Avenue and Baseline Road.
Montenegro is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes, according to a Silver Alert activated Monday morning. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts…
