Labor advocates push for more heat protections for Arizona workers

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Arizona workers have very few legal safeguards when it comes to protecting themselves in the extreme heat.

A number of labor rights groups are now pushing for new guidelines to ensure that workers are kept safe when temperatures soar over 110 degrees.
