TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Police say a social media influencer is facing multiple charges after viral pranks disrupted several Tempe businesses.
Tempe police say 21-year-old Heston Cobb, known as “Heston James” on his social media accounts, was taken into custody on Wednesday at his home.
Between March and July, several businesses reported a group of men coming into their stores dressed as employees. Investigators say the group went into employee-only areas and refused to leave when asked. Cobb reportedly acted as the “leader” and told the rest of the group to begin “working.”
