On Monday, July 22, Glendale Police Department arrested Jonathan Vasquez and Marciela Bahschnitt and charged with first degree murder and kidnapping in the Nov. 10, 2024 death of Grant Siefert.
Siefert was reported missing from his Surprise apartment Nov. 11 by his mother. His body was reported lying in a retention basin in Glendale, at 56th and Peoria avenues, early that morning.
He had various injuries from a sharp instrument. His autopsy revealed 22 stab wounds and 14 incision wounds across his body, as well as ligature marks around his neck and duct tape on his right wrist…
