PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A portion of Interstate 10 is back open after an overnight deadly crash in west Phoenix early Sunday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened on the eastbound lanes of I-10 near 43rd Avenue before 2:30 a.m. Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, and at least one person was killed.
Arizona’s Family witnessed a white sedan with extensive damage to its front end, while a small grey sedan had damage to its rear and driver’s side doors. Evidence markers and pieces of the vehicles were scattered in the middle of the freeway.
The freeway was closed for several hours but reopened around 6 a.m…
