Man Killed in Glendale After Suspected Red Light Violation Leads to Fatal Four-Vehicle Collision

Early Monday morning, a four-vehicle collision in Glendale turned tragic when a man was killed after another driver allegedly ran a red light. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the accident occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of 59th and Peoria Avenues, and involved a chain-reaction crash initiated by a woman who reportedly failed to stop at the traffic signal. The force of the impact fatally injured the driver of the first car struck, and the investigation is now attempting to ascertain whether impairment was a contributing factor.
