Yuma neighborhoods are picking up the pieces after a storm roared through, knocking down trees and knocking out power. After the rain, people in one neighborhood was left with what looked like a lake in front of homes. Public works crews were still assessing the damage with some road closures still in place on Monday. Alexandra Rangel has more.
