Phoenix still dealing with flooding as more rain possible on First Alert Weather Day

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The Valley is still drying out on Saturday after record rainfall but there are still some areas dealing with flooding.

The Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt in Scottsdale, where two people were separately rescued on FMoreriday, is flooded, with at least two cars still stuck in the floodwaters.

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation said the following roads are closed because of flooding:

  • Lower Buckeye Rd from 4th Ave in Avondale to 127th Ave
  • Bartlett Dam Rd at Cave Creek Rd
  • Narramore Rd from Dean Rd to Airport Rd
  • Patton Rd from 2111th Ave to 195th Ave
