Free Dog Vaccinations and Microchips Available for Maricopa County Residents at Glendale Event on November 8

Maricopa County Animal Care & Control (MCACC) will expand its Care on the Go initiative with a large event offering free pet services. The event is scheduled for November 8, 2025, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. It will run from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The drive-thru event will provide free vaccinations, microchipping, and licensing for dogs.

In 2024, MCACC held four similar events and served over 1,000 pets. The upcoming event aims to reach more dogs in the Phoenix area. MCACC Director Debbie McKnight said there is a need for affordable pet care. Several organizations are supporting the event, including #LovePup Foundation, Lulu’s Fund, Petco Love, and Arizona Humane Society. PetSmart will sponsor Rabies vaccines, Fi Nano will provide microchips, and Petco Love will support DA2PP vaccines.

The event will offer free Rabies and DA2PP vaccines, microchips, and dog licenses. Dog owners must register online by November 2, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The event is for dogs only. Each person can make up to two appointments, and each dog needs a separate appointment. Only those with appointments will be served. Walk-ups will not be accepted…
