Disagreement between 2 barbers led to west Phoenix shooting, police say

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Investigators say a disagreement between two barbers escalated into a shooting that left one man with critical injuries and the other in jail last week in west Phoenix.

Gerrin Jones, 36, is being held on multiple charges in connection with the shooting that happened on Thursday, Nov. 5, near 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road. Around 8:30 p.m. that night, officers were called to the area and found two vehicles involved in a crash.
