PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A pedestrian was hit and killed on a Phoenix freeway interchange in the early overnight hours on Tuesday.
Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers responded to the reported crash around 1:45 a.m. on the northbound McDowell Road off-ramp on I-17, near “the stack” interchange.
Troopers found that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle near the off-ramp. Arizona’s Family confirmed at the scene that the person died from their injuries…
