PHOENIX — A Phoenix man is facing kidnapping and assault charges after he allegedly lured a child into a classroom at Orangewood Elementary School, police officials said.
Police were dispatched to the campus on Nov. 19 at about 12:20 p.m. after an “unauthorized man” got onto campus after he gained access to the school behind a student who was buzzed into the school’s main entrance, officials said.
