PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man was killed in a hit-and-run in downtown Phoenix early Tuesday morning.
Just after 12:15 a.m., first responders were dispatched to the area of 7th Avenue and Polk Street, just north of Van Buren Street, on reports of a pedestrian hit.
