Peoria Police awarded nearly $90,000 grant to fight human exploitation, trafficking

The Peoria Police Department has been awarded a nearly $90,000 grant from Arizona Department of Public Safety’s anti-human trafficking grant program.

Documents state the $89,101  grant will fund training and travel, supplies, and equipment to the department’s human exploitation and trafficking unit.
