Mesa Police Department investigators consider impairment as a factor in a golf cart crash that occurred Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred about 4 p.m. Jan. 2 near Greenfield Road and Southern Avenue. It was initially thought it was a collision between the cart and a pedestrian.
