On Monday, Jan. 19, the city of Phoenix observes the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday with some city services affected.
Solid Waste Collection: Residential trash and recycling collection will be unaffected by the holiday. Residents whose collection day is Monday will still have solid waste collected as regularly scheduled.
