GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A Glendale man whose car was damaged by gunfire will not see his neighbor face criminal charges after police determined the shooting was in self-defense.

Michael Ibarra said he is disappointed with the outcome after his neighbor allegedly shot at cars in their neighborhood days before Christmas.
